man 91 years 165 cm 70 kg
A caregiver is sought for a 91-year-old gentleman (165 cm, 70 kg) with diabetes (insulin treatment) and mild dementia, which manifests as forgetfulness. He is mobile with the assistance of a wheelchair, is not incontinent, but is at risk of falling. He requires help with hygiene, getting up, dressing, moving, accompanying to the toilet (or transferring to a commode), cooking, and managing the household. At night, it is necessary to check his blood sugar once (the device signals hypoglycemia) and provide glucose. Responsibilities also include cooking fresh meals, shopping (approximately 3–5 km, accessible by bus), cleaning, ironing, social activities (conversations, board games, TV), creating a daily routine, reminding about medications, accompanying him to the doctor, and going for walks. The household also includes his wife (Pflegegrad 2), who does not require health-related care, only the execution of regular household chores, providing companionship, and going for walks with her. The family lives nearby and is willing to help. The son stays upstairs on weekends. The caregiver will have a separate room (10 m²) in the family house with basic furnishings (bed, wardrobe, table) and internet access. Time off can be arranged with the family.
