Job description

A caregiver is sought for a 96-year-old senior (60 kg, 150 cm). The senior is slightly confused, has kidney problems, consequences from a fall, and incontinence (she currently changes her pads herself). She moves with support (a cane indoors, a walker outdoors), and there is also a toilet chair, shower chair, and wheelchair available if needed. The Pflegedienst visits twice daily to prepare medication – the caregiver only needs to supervise its administration. Job responsibilities: assistance with hygiene (including showering 3× weekly), dressing, accompanying to the toilet, aiding mobility, managing the household (cleaning, cooking, laundry, shopping). She eats independently. Night care is required 1–2× (upon call). The senior would like to go outside again with accompaniment. She lives alone in a 3-room apartment, shops are accessible on foot. The caregiver has a separate room, and shares a bathroom with the senior. Internet is available. Time off is negotiable, and the client can stay alone during this period.
